6. Returns & Refunds

  • Accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video with invoice is mandatory for approval
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags and packaging
  • Refunds issued after inspection within 4–8 working days
  • No returns for sale items, used/personalized products, innerwear, or accessories

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Frequent returns/disputes may result in COD restrictions or account limitations
