Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• You received an incorrect size instead of the ordered size

Conditions for returns:

• Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• A video recording of the unboxing (from sealed package to product display) is mandatory
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Colour variation or change of preference
• Sale or discounted products
• Used, altered, or washed products
• Innerwear, accessories, or personalized/customized items

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 4–8 working days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
• Multiple or repeated returns may lead to account restrictions or a ban on COD orders
